9 years ago a beautiful baby girl called Megan lost her fight and became an angel. She will never be forgotten by Sarah, Pete and the rest of our immediate and extended family and friends. CDH UK do such important work raising awareness and funds to help families who have been effected by this devasting condition. Please help us to raise vital funds to support their ongoing work.
