Help to raise awareness and funds for CDH UK a registered charity based in the UK supporting anyone affected by Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). They also fund worthwhile research into finding the cause and prevention of CDH and improving outcomes for patients and their families.

Together we will Bounce our way along a family friendly inflatable 2.5K course at one of our Bounce 4 CDH! locations:

• Wolverhampton 22nd June
• Leeds 29th June

Open to anyone aged 5 upwards! Children aged 5-15 MUST be accompanied by an adult paid participant and there MUST be 1 adult for every 3 children.
